Bring the film to a cinema near you

I am distributing the film myself and need your help. It does not take a major festival — just a cinema, a local initiative and people working together.

How to bring the film to your town

1. Talk to a cinema. Ask an independent, cultural or community cinema whether it would like to show the film, and demonstrate the local interest.
2. Help find an audience. Local wool initiatives, shepherds, conservation groups, knitting groups, educational organisations and interested individuals can promote the screening together.
3. The cinema contacts me. The date, screening rights and standard industry terms are agreed directly with the cinema.
4. The cinema receives the appropriate DCP. Once an agreement is in place, we provide a protected download link.
5. We help with local promotion. Film stills, posters and press materials are available to promote the event.
6. I would be happy to join you. Whenever my schedule allows, I am available for a discussion, wherever the screening takes place.
